What's New With Dining This Fall?

• Mobile Ordering: Skip the lines and order ahead with Transact Mobile Ordering, our new mobile ordering app. Download from your favorite app store and sign up using your UVM NetID to link your meal plan. Want to access using a browser? We got you! Visit Transact Web App.
• Meal Exchange: We have adjusted some of the hours and locations that accept meal exchange (available for on-campus meal plans only). Participating locations include: The Marketplace (breakfast only for a bagel/spread, no longer accepted at Vermont Burger Co.), Green Roof Deli, Green Roof Greens, University Marché (excluding Choolah), and The Halal Shack/Jamal's Chicken (after 7 p.m.). • Nourishing Meals: New this semester, Green Roof Greens, located next to the Green Roof Deli, offers chef-curated and made-to-order entrée salads featuring a variety of fresh produce. Available with Meal Exchange on the Transact Mobile Ordering app!
• Dairy Bar Relocation: To accommodate the opening of Green Roof Greens, the UVM Dairy Bar has moved to The Marketplace, next to Vermont Burger Co.
• Athletic Dining: Formerly Harris Millis Dining, this location has a fresh new look and a reconfigured layout, come check it out!
• Central Campus Dining: The second door, which connects to the Howe Library hallway, will now be an alarmed emergency exit and will no longer be available as an entrance. Please use the main entrance for all entries.
• Simply To Go: We’ve expanded our selection of sandwiches, salads, parfaits, and snack cups—all made fresh daily on campus, with local ingredients where possible.
• Faster Self-Checkout: Waterman Market now features Mashgin self-checkout technology for a faster, easier experience.

Updated Hours of Operation

• Choolah, located in the University Marché, is now open for both lunch and dinner.
• Cyber Café, located in Howe Library, will not be open this semester.
• Waterman Manor will only be open for special events.
• Northside Dining, located on Trinity Campus, and Redstone Market will have reduced hours to adjust for lower traffic patterns.
