The Marketplace
The Marketplace is home to Vermont Burger Co, serving up local beef burgers and Beyond burgers topped your way and hand-cut fries! Plus, a salad bar, signature salads, soups, beverages, baked goods, and a selection of grab-and-go items.
Broccoli Bar operated by Pingala Cafe has moved into the former Rust Roots Location. This is a 100% vegan offering of delicious crunchy and sautéed broccoli bowl delights. This local business is NOT part of the Meal Exchange. Broccoli Bar Allergen Information
The Marketplace is a Meal Exchange location, excluding Broccoli Bar. Students are allowed to use up to two Meal Swipes per week, Monday - Friday, for breakfast or lunch. One Meal Swipe equals one featured entrée, one side, and one beverage (guest meals not valid). The two Meal Swipes reset every Monday; they do not roll over week to week. Please refer to the signage located inside The Marketplace for what items are available through the Meal Exchange Program.
