Central Campus Dining, located in the heart of campus, features rustic open-style stations serving menus that include just about every item you can imagine. This all-you-care-to-eat dining hall features a variety of fresh food, including plant-based, vegan, and allergen-friendly menu offerings.

Signature Stations:

• Rustic Roots: a plant-forward station
  
• Simple Servings: serves meals made without gluten, and the top eight allergens
• Simple Zone: is a self-service pantry free of gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts with dedicated equipment for self-prep

Accepted Tender: The following tenders are accepted: a Meal Swipe or Retail Points, CAT$cratch and Credit/Debit by paying the door price: Breakfast 7.70, Brunch/Lunch 10.35, and Dinner 12.70.
