Global Chef from Slovakia

UVM Dining is pleased to welcome Global Chef Lukáš Sol'ár of Slovakia to campus March 8 - 9. The Global Chef Program is a month long international chef residency that provides an opportunity for Sodexo’s top chefs worldwide to travel to different countries and share authentic international cuisine with students, faculty, staff, and the community. Join us as Chef Sol'ár prepares classic dishes from Slovakia at the following events.
