Central Campus Dining Hall

Our newest dining hall, located in the heart of campus features rustic open-style kitchens with farm-to-table offers. Plus, home to Discovery Kitchen, a culinary learning lab that provides hands-on cooking classes. 

My Zone is self-service pantry designed to provide a safe environment for those with the following dining needs or diets: gluten free, lactose free and peanut free. It's complete with a dedicated toaster, microwave and refrigerator, separate utensils and cutting boards and gloves. 

Simple Servings is a resident dining option that provides safe and appetizing food choices for customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or other special dietary needs. The Simple Servings station offers simply prepared foods made without the FDA most common allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, and eggs. In addition, all foods are made without gluten. Although foods are prepared in a facility which uses these ingredients, we take great measures to ensure against the possibility of cross-contamination. Separate equipment, utensils, storage areas, and preparation areas minimize this risk, offering customers a safe and healthy dining option.

Resident Dining EcoWare Take-Out Program allows students to use their EcoWare to take food to-go from any of the main service lines for breakfast and lunch. First year students are issued a complementary EcoWare memberships to encourage a transition to a culture of reusables on campus.
