Pay one price at the door and enjoy "all you care to eat” at its best. Door prices: Breakfast $6.50, Lunch/Brunch $8.75, Dinner $10.75. Menu highlights include an open hearth stone fired pizza & flatbreads, pasta favorites and international entrees featuring fresh, local ingredients; a personalized salad toss, deli sandwiches and a meal replacement “take out” option.
My Zone is an area designed to provide a safe environment for those with the following dining needs or diets: gluten free, lactose free and peanut free. The zone is complete with a dedicated toaster, microwave and refrigerator, separate utensils and cutting boards and gloves.
Simple Servings is a resident dining option that provides safe and appetizing food choices for customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or other special dietary needs. The Simple Servings station offers simply prepared foods made without the FDA most common allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, and eggs. In addition, all foods are made without gluten.
Although foods are prepared in a facility which uses these ingredients, we take great measures to ensure against the possibility of cross-contamination. Separate equipment, utensils, storage areas, and preparation areas minimize this risk, offering customers a safe and healthy dining option.
My Kitchen is located inside Harris Millis offering hands-on cooking stations for students to prepare their own meals with ingredients and recipes provided by our chefs. Students cook under chef supervision and receiving culinary and cooking tips.
Resident Dining EcoWare Take-Out Program allows students to use their EcoWare to take food to-go from any of the main service lines. First year students are issued a complementary EcoWare memberships to encourage a transition to a culture of reusables on campus. Current students can still purchase a membership for $7.50.
